Eat Balanced Diet

Eating a healthy balanced diet is equally important as the proper amount of vitamins, proteins, and minerals from your meals help to increase your height. Try to eat home-cooked meals and avoid junk foods and carbonated beverages as these can resist you from becoming taller. Other than adequate amounts of carbohydrates, add more amounts of Vitamin D, Calcium, and Zinc to your daily diet for absolute growth.
